• Conducted user interviews and collected usability feedbacks to refine the design for the application

• Programmed code snippets (HTML, CSS & JavaScript) of UI components such as buttons, dropdown menu, switches, and sliders, for the Digital Design System leveraged by developers

Created visualizations for financial data to analyze the operations at Cornell Biotechnology Resource Center (BRC), and analyzing historical data and visualizing trends
• Initiated Data Dictionary in the ETL documentation
